Community Metrics
1. Establish 3 sub-communities for TheLowLevelers in SEA countries

2. Social platforms active engagement metrics
Total number of discord members: 4000 members
Facebook groups is expected to have more total audience count than Discord as it is a more general platform which is quite common in SEA countries. Facebook groups are used as a channel for announcement, partnership, online collaboration instead of dev-focused activities.
Discord is a primary international platform for all TheLowLevelers developer hub to gather at one place and participate in online activities. The community members will mainly use Discord to host mentoring sessions, weekly meetups, office hours during mini-hackathon events and more.
Total number of livestream hosted: 10-15 sessions
Total number of offline meetups hosted: 10 sessions in total
3. Workshop & bootcamp metrics
Total number of mini-hackathons established: 4 events (one each quarter)
Total number of workshops established: 10 workshops (including offline & online)
Total number of developer bootcamps: 2 bootcamps in total
Total number of students attended to the events: 1000 students
Event attendees will receive a proof of attendance through TheLowLevelers platform to track their activities and engagement to the community events. The announcement for TheLowLevelers hub platform will be announced soon. Please take a look at https://github.com/lowlevelers/levelup for more information on the development status of the platform.
Total number of students converted to Polkadot builders (tracked by Builder Hub of TheLowLevelers): 100 builders
Qualification criteria to track the number of builders:
Build a complete projects for Polkadot ecosystem. The projects needs to match a certain level of UI/UX quality, number of contributions made.
Contribute a significant changes to the codebase of open-source products in the Polkadot ecosystem. (article-based and project-based)
Attend to hackathons, workshops and be active in the event

Track the number of contributors and their activeness at https://github.com/orgs/lowlevelers/people and number of contributions made per each member
Total number of successful projects granted: 10 projects
